Travel Holiday in Lukang
One year has passed already we lived in Taiwan and as we have realized that we will be graduating soon this year. So, this year of spring break vacation was very different from those in the past. Usually during this period of time, I would be spending a normal and quite time at my dorm, but this year I was spending my spring break holiday with a group of my friends at Lukang town, Changhua. A vacation is defined as a period of time devoted to pleasure, relax and relaxation.
My friends and I went to lukang for 2 days 1 night and the trip was really tired but fun. Why were we chose Lukang as our destination? As we have discussed so many days, we decided to go to this lace because of its culture town and it’s not so far from Taipei.
So, our journey started at 6 a.m. early in the morning. We went to the bus station and wait for the bus that get to Lukang. The trip from Taipei to Lukang was about 3 hours. We all were talk and sleep along the journey. This was the picture of us in the bus station before going to Lukang.
After 3 hours of journey, finally we arrived at Lukang. Lukang is one of the oldest towns and historical Chinese town in Taiwan. Our first stop was going to Old Street (老街) to eat because it was 12 o’clock in the afternoon already and we all were starving so we got to hurry to find something to eat for our hungry tummy. We chose an oyster egg, noodle, fried rice and fried oyster in one of the small restaurant for our lunch.
The weather was really hot on that day. We were like all burning because of the sun. After we ate, we continued our journey to 天后宫for praying and to 鹿港桂花艺术村for taking some beautiful picture before we continued our journey to 台中。There was really beautiful of a small village who got a lot of art that we can took a picture of. We also not forgot of cycling the bicycle, even though it was so sunny but for us it was nothing, we were just playing and have fun that’s all. Enjoyed the hot weather.
台中 was our last stop for our journey in the night; first we went to our hotel and got some rest for an hour before we go to yizhong night market for shopping and we were going to宫原眼科 on the next day to eat the famous ice cream in the afternoon. The weather was really hot during that day and eating ice cream feels like wow it’s really good!! So after eating ice cream we were just spent our time for walking around and around 4 o’clock we went to the bus station ready to go back.
as our way back to Taipei, we were just sleep along the way and we all were safely arrieved at the school. Our trip end but we got still few days holidays and we spent to watch the Fast Furious 7 movie at ximending and its really fun. but it was the last spring break with my friends here before we go back to our home country. Hope that we can go for another trip during the next holidays. :)
